Our products contain natural essential oils. Results may vary based on:

• Environmental conditions (temperature, humidity)

• Proper collar application

3.2 Safety Information

• Dog Collar: Safe for dogs 12 weeks and older
• Cat Collar: Specially formulated cat-safe ingredients (no eucalyptus)
• Do not use if your pet has known allergies to essential oils
• Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs
• Not intended to treat existing flea/tick infestations (consult a veterinarian)

Our products are preventive measures, not medical treatments.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Pricing

• Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable
• Prices may change without notice (orders already placed are not affected)
• Promotional discounts apply only during specified periods

4.2 Payment

We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards). Payment is processed at checkout. By providing payment information, you confirm:

• You are authorized to use the payment method
• Sufficient funds are available
• You will pay all charges incurred

5.1 Customs and Import Duties

For EU Shipments: No customs duties. VAT included in displayed price.

For UK Shipments: Most orders under £135 have VAT prepaid (no additional charges). Orders over £135 may incur import duties (rare for our product prices).

6. Returns and Refunds

• 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Return unused collars within 90 days for a full refund
• EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: Cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason
• We cover return shipping costs for EU customers
• Defective products: Replaced free of charge within warranty period

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

7.1 Limited Warranty

We warrant that products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from purchase. This warranty does not cover:
