2. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
As an EU consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason or no reason at all.

Within 14 days of delivery:

- Include your order number and reason (optional)
- We'll send you a prepaid return label
You have an additional 14 days to ship the product back after notifying us.
2.2 Refund for Withdrawn Orders
We will refund:

Under EU law, you have a 2-year legal guarantee that products will be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
- First 12 months: We assume the defect existed at purchase (unless proven otherwise)
- Months 13-24: You may need to prove the defect existed at purchase

4. How to Return a Product
