2. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason or no reason at all.

2.1 How to Exercise Your Right

Within 14 days of delivery:

  1. Email support@canisolve.com with "Withdrawal" in the subject line
  2. Include your order number and reason (optional)
  3. We'll send you a prepaid return label

You have an additional 14 days to ship the product back after notifying us.

2.2 Refund for Withdrawn Orders

We will refund:

  • First 12 months: We assume the defect existed at purchase (unless proven otherwise)
  • Months 13-24: You may need to prove the defect existed at purchase
