We currently ship to:

- ❌ Not shipping to: Non-EU/UK countries at this time

3. Processing Time
1-3 business days to prepare and ship your order.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
- Business days: Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays)
What happens during processing:

- Inventory allocation
- Quality check
- Packaging and labeling
- Handoff to shipping carrier
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

5. Tracking Your Order
5.1 Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you'll receive:

5.2 Tracking Updates
Tracking updates may be delayed during international transit, especially when:
- Package is in customs
- Package is in transit between distribution centers
- Carrier systems have technical issues
Don't panic if tracking doesn't update for a few days—this is normal for international shipments.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
6.1 EU Shipments
- ✅ No customs duties for shipments within the EU
- ✅ VAT included in the displayed price
- ✅ No additional charges at delivery
You pay what you see at checkout—no surprises.
6.2 UK Shipments
As of 2021, the UK is no longer part of the EU customs union.
For UK orders:
- Prices include VAT
- We handle customs declarations
- Most orders under £135: No additional charges (VAT prepaid)
- Orders over £135: You may be responsible for import duties (rare for our product prices)
7. Delivery Issues
7.1 Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe:
Step 1:
Check your tracking information (delays are often explained)
Step 2:
Wait an additional 5 business days (carriers sometimes miss estimates)
Step 3:
Contact support@canisolve.com if still missing after 30 days from order date
We'll investigate and offer: A replacement shipment (free) or a full refund (your choice)
7.2 Lost Packages
If tracking shows "lost" or "undeliverable":
- Email support@canisolve.com immediately
- We'll file a claim with the carrier
- You'll receive a replacement or refund within 5-7 business days
7.3 Incorrect Address
- Before shipment: Contact us immediately to update it (no charge)
- After shipment: We cannot change the address mid-transit

8. Customs Delays
What Causes Customs Delays?
- Random inspections (standard procedure)
- Incomplete customs paperwork (rare, but we'll fix it)
- High volume periods (holidays, peak seasons)
- Specific product categories requiring extra checks
Average customs processing: 2-5 business days (but can be longer)
We cannot expedite customs processing—it's a government process that no one can rush.
9. Package Theft or Damage
9.1 Stolen Packages
If your package is marked "delivered" but you didn't receive it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Confirm the delivery address is correct
- Wait 48 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
- Contact support@canisolve.com after 48 hours
9.2 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Take photos before opening (package exterior and contents)
- Email support@canisolve.com within 7 days with photos
- We'll send a replacement immediately (no need to return damaged item)
